The creation of this network improves:

	the ability to co-ordinate resources and to make productive combinations;
	the capacity for innovation and possibilities to propose new productive models;
	their role as a driving force, and their capacity to manage the pace of innovation and development;
	their role in being open to the exterior, and to co-ordinate the gathering of resources.

These participants are involved in economic development:
The Incubator and Marseille Innovation, public organisations who share resources or skills in the multimedia or artistic sector (Orme, Friche, etc.),
